The Amazing Karabo Ntshweng

Two weeks ago I was given an assignment on profile writing by my journalism lecture, I was suppose to write an article about an inspirational person who does a job I find interesting. The person that just popped up in my mind was the lovely Miss karabo Ntshweng  a  former YO-TV presenter.

Karabo is a Tv presenter, voice over artist ,ground patrol activator at Highveld stereo as well as a radio presenter at the station which is Jozi`s number one music station, I decided  to contact her and  I was moved when she  gladly agreed to an interview with her busy schedule.

She says she has always wanted to work for Highveld stereo and it is a blessing to to be part of an amazing station, Karabo started working in the media industry since she was kid as a presenter for YO-TV, she has this sweet bubbly personality and is an ambitious young lady.

Locnville is an electro hiphop music duo  made of brothers Andrew and Brain Chaplin 23 year old twins.Their sound is edgy and cool and their first album Sun In My Pocket was a major success and their second album Running To Midnight is also doing well an it Is without doubt the`ll be bringing out the sun and more on that stage.

ChianoSky(20) on the other hand has also been nominated five times for the 19th MTN Sama Awards if you have listened to her music you would agree that she deserves it, she has such a beautiful unique voice and her music has a mixture of jazz and pop and has been getting a lot of air plays.

These youngsters have got such an amazing talent and are a treasure to the South African music industry, beliebers  attending the concert will truly be in for a treat.

If you have watched the movie Beast of the Southern Wild you will agree that this kid is truly talented,Quvenzhane plays a character named hush puppy a young girl who lives with her dying father Wink played by actor Dwight Henry.Her performance  in the movie is truly breathtaking which got her an Oscar nomination for best actress in the 85th Academy Awards.
Quvenzhane broke the record by being the youngest person in the 21st century to receive the nomination in best actress category at the Academies and it couldn't have happened to any deceiving person.The adorable nine year old american actress is also famous for her puppy face purse which has been her signature on the red carpet,Quvenzhane is an inspiration to many kids worldwide and without doubt has won hearts of many.
This is just the beginning of Quvenzhane`s fruitful career who`s said to star in Steeve McQueen`s upcoming film 12 years a slave,"watch out for this Girl" i have good feeling shes got a whole lot to show.

Idols season the only time where weather is not the universal language to start a conversation, you just had to bring up the name Idols and the conversation would start beaming with any stranger, season 8 off idols was amazing  and of course only to have a memorable finale.

khaya Mthethwa was crowned an idol just last week, boy oh boy what a journey it has been for this 25 year old from Durban,the competition this year was in another level all the contestants were ridiculously talented and brought their A game, but the was no doubt from his audition that Khaya would make it to the final actually thats where he won many south africans heart with such a great talent.

what made the show more intriguing this year is the voting,people really digged deep in their pockets to keep their favorites in the show and every time this contestant left the show it was unexpected  add a shockingly,also the level of talent of these young people had kept us glued on our screens, theater week was tough but khaya once more impressed singing nick minaj`s super~base he turned this rap song and made it his own it was marvelous,its on youtube so check it out if u missed it.

Khaya was in the top 2 with the gorgeous  Melissa Allison  who also  has got an x factor, together with khaya they made the finale to be an extraordinary show, with khaya crowned as an idol he rewrote history being the 1st black South African Idol. A talented young man he is with his first single move already out -a very cool tune i must say.

the is no doubt this young star has a bright future his been such an inspiration wishing him all the best in his music career , and hopefully you all striving to reach your dreams and if you can sing next year please do audition for SA Idols who knows you might just be our next idol.

Even though Nicki has gotten  negative sanction  on her dress code and looks in some  red carpets events  , her trend seem to have inspired a lot of people.She is Bold when it comes to colour, in  most of her outfit Nicki plays around with different colours and she makes it work for her .

Her hairstyles or shall I say her weaves are Darring and Specteculer , i mean only Nicky can get away with her look, the great thing about the Rapper is that her look suites her CrazedOut Bubly character.Nicky  does things in her own unique way & doesn't try to be someone else(I`ma do me as rappers like to say) she`s just different,even her music also has colour its got a feel good vibe & its illl only Nicky can pull what she does best.
